Return & Refund Policy (Orders Shipped Within India)

Customer satisfaction is our priority—enjoy worry-free shopping with our 7-day easy returns and exchanges on most ethnic wear.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges (Within 7 Days of Delivery):

• Return or exchange for any reason if unused, unworn, and with original tags/packaging intact.
• We happily accept exchanges for a different size/color/style (subject to stock availability).
• Initiate a return or exchange via email (info@shivtextiles.store) within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping fee: ₹149 flat fee (borne by customer if order value is below threshold).
• For exchanges: The customer pays return shipping (₹149); we ship the new item free of cost.
• Full refund to original payment method (prepaid/UPI/card) for returns.
• Processing: Within 3 days after we receive the item at our Surat warehouse.
• Option: Choose store credit with a 10% bonus (valid for 1 year) instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Custom/stitched items (e.g., lehengas with alterations, sarees with fall-edging, stitched blouses).
• Made-to-order/pre-order items.
• Used, washed, damaged, or altered goods; innerwear; or orders placed using store credit.
• Serial returns: Maximum 4 returns/exchanges per customer in 6 months. Customers exceeding a 30% return rate will be moved to prepaid-only orders.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel for free within 2 hours of placing the order (before packing).
• After 2 hours: ₹250 cancellation fee if the order is not yet shipped.
• No cancellations or modifications for custom/pre-order items.
• Refunds are processed to bank accounts within 5–7 days.

Kindly note that cash on delivery charges or shipping charges are non-refundable items, and only the product amount is given as store credit or refund once the product is sold.
